Last Course at Draper Peaks.
Draper Peaks and Last Course have a mutual relationship with dairy farms. Before Draper Peaks became the outlet location full of shopping and dining experiences that it is today, a family dairy farm filled the land. The Day Dairy Farm was originally part of a large homestead that was divided among the descendants of pioneer settler Henry Eastman Day. In addition to raising hay, grain and sugar beets, Harmon built an outstanding herd of registered Holstein cattle. The Draper community banded together in 2010 to relocate and renovate the barn so it can continue to remind it's citizens of Draper's rich heritage.
